That was slideboards last I checked. But only manga can become FOTM since JP LNs don't get that much fan translation these days. Most of what is worth reading gets licensed.
Aside from KR GB Yuri megucas novel, I'm currently reading this isekai about a /u/schizo getting isekaied as a male villain in a yuri game and having /u/schizo meltdowns when the girls all want to fuck him instead of each other. The translation is one of the Yen Press natural 1 cortical failure rolls unfortunately, but it's still generally readable.

Japanese release schedules are not conducive to FoTM. People pick stuff up at different times, binge it and then it's waiting game until monthly manga release, yearly LN volume or who knows when author will get off the manuscript and post another WN chapter. It is almost impossible to maintain FOtM hype over "archive" stale content. Like are there good JP novels that have hundreds of chapters released? Yeah, but they won't be generating hype. Only new stuff is, which is what you see here.
