As mentioned before, Nias is seen as straightlaced before and her "honey trap" attempts is probably treated as a joke especially with how Liam's image as a strict and serious noble with a foul mouth. Eulisia leaves the Third Factory (because her attempts at seducing him failed and she want to get revenge for that) but the description for her replacement doesn't seem to be a slutty one. Then again, the narration of the LNs doesn't really indicate anything special whenever they're with Liam but that's mostly Liam being uninterested (like only remembering/noticing that his mansion is filled with beautiful women until it's been pointed out to him). There's that sales representative from the Sixth Factory later on in one scene and that one's a guy.

tl;dr - Liam's image of a morally good royal (along with the rumor that he prefers AI dolls) probably makes the military contractors in the empire keep it strictly business but that doesn't stop the sales representatives themselves from trying.

The source material just shows the aftermath (the end result is horrifying that a soldier throws up from seeing the hostages) along with Tia asking to be saved from her current predicament through death. Maybe throw in the descriptions of how Tia wants the pirates dead because of how she suffered.

Gore stuff is reserved in future volumes where assassination attempts (thus, those failed assassins will be chopped up) and victims being sliced up by Flash are more common but not in the first volume where the anime draws from. There's an attempted rape which Liam prevents and Tia getting beaten up in a fight but nothing really graphic ("The rapist begins to undo his pants when Liam comes in and punches him", "Tia struggles before she gets hit so hard that she's thrown to the wall" sort).

If anything, the anime really fleshed out how Goaz tortured Tia and broke her.
