Ishigami, stop posting on 4chan: your following manga arc was trash and you know it.
But yes, especially later on Fujiwara is clearly meant to gradually reveal more and more l her scummy nature.
This is not an issue however: it's entertaining-scummy, if anything it makes her more lovable.
Besides, people always parrot Ishigami and call her names, but they are quick to forget that her so called "friends" always think (and say) very mean spirited things about her all the time, and that was even before her scummy side started seeping out.
Overall she's one of the most consistently entertaining characters.

The manga was more complete and better at delivering the jokes than the anime. Unfortunately it goes to shit right after the point the anime is at so you aren't missing anything in terms of plot.
