Maybe, but the trailer is a bit weird.
For clarification, the first season adapted everything in volumes 1-4 to an obsessive degree. Logically, the content that would be adapted in an S2 would be the arcs from 5-8, which are:

>Breaking Point (C.51-55)
>Tea Ceremony (C.56-58)
>Miss Martial Arts Takeout Race (C.59-62)
>Happosai Awakens (various episodic things like the bath-house or panty stealing) (C.63-69)
>Dojo Destroyer (C.70-73)
>Romeo and Juliet (C.74-77)
>The Hidden Spring (C.78-80)
In the trailer, we see:
>Neko-ken (C.37-40)
>Cat's Tongue (C.41-50)
>Miss Martial Arts Takeout Race (C.59-62)
>Happosai Awakens (C.63-69)
>Dojo Destroyer (C.70-73)
>Romeo and Juliet (C.74-77)

It seems like they want to rush along and get the last major characters from the original anime introduced, likely before moving on to new stuff.
The cuts from there seem more utilitarian in that sense. Happosai's episodic materials and Tea Ceremony are decidedly less essential to Ranma compared to Ukyo and Mousse.
Interesting to note is, if they did show ever arc that would be here, that also means they are skipping Hidden Spring (another Happosai adjacent arc) and 81-84, which was a Kodachi centric arc. Perhaps that was done to prevent the season from being loaded down with more Kuno related arcs? It will already have the race section, and the Kunos were predominant in S1.
