This is actually quite an impractical move IRL. Targeting the eyes is hard and it's likely you'll hurt your fingers on the other guy's forehead instead, and even if you get them they're actually a lot thougher than you'd assume, so it's unlike even a strong man could make them pop like that. I've seen old school Karatekas in some styles use it to temporarily blind people, but it's used with the middle finger extended as a guide instead.

Now this one is actually quite fine. Minus her flying off that far away, even a shabby punch from someone wearing metal gauntlets would really fuck someone unprotected up. Maybe even cause a skull or facial bones fracture.
