I'm only reading centuria and land of monsters because I'd rather just wait for monthly manga to be completed before I read them, but those other 3 have been on the wishlist for a while now. I definitely like centuria more. there's something about the paneling or art or something with land of monsters that can sometimes be a bit confusing to follow, and I think that's detracting from my enjoyment of it. it's still fairly enjoyable though, it's just not done anything amazing either

Touge Oni > Bugle Call = Tower Dungeon > Centuria = Drifting Dragons. I like them all a lot though, nothing lower than A-tier.
