I mean, maybe not. But society will collapse and the nukes will leave most of is dead or surviving in a similar condition or worse. Either way, no more employment and no more responsibilities.
That being said, who knows if the zombie virus isn't locked up in some lab waiting to be used on a civilization. Not saying they'll be walking dead but they'll be walking biters, maybe.
