Its original meaning, a reference to Lolita, had a different meaning in Japanese culture early on. As can be seen by the still going Gothic & Lolita magazine in Japan. But that magazine started focusing more on adult models that happen to wear victorian/goth outfits. And outside of their scene, the term started being used for any young looking girl. Which can apply to a ton of Asian women. And even more anime characters. This is an oppai loli to them.

Not him. But the issue isn't the original term. It's how it has been used later on. To the point it's kind of pointless. As has been said, loli now basically just means any character with childlike features. Even if they're a 40 year old MILF or a 9,000 year old vampire.

And I for one don't really care about the accuracy of the term or the use of boobs, since loli isn't my fetish. But the people who do have loli as their fetish are massively divided over it.
