The general gist of it was that while Omodaka and Clavel trusted that the kids weren't just lying to them, the material they had gathered on Rakulium and the Strong Spheres was pretty weak, so they said they needed more in-depth data and actual video proof before they'd start considering what kind of stance to take regarding all this. Clavel then told them to talk to Zinnia, who looked at what they had gathered and ultimately decided that he'd conduct his own individual research on the effect Rakulium had on Pokemon, while staying in touch with them so they could exchange any data they found.
