gonna watch the first episode to see if there's any fanservice, then skip to episode 4 to see whether or not the fanservice was just frontloaded, that way I'm not stuck watching an anime boring ass sport all season like I did Sorairo Utility

you don't predict the best anime, you decide based on the second episodes. that said in rare cases you can just tell from the jump (i.e. dandadan)

it's quite the summer lineup so it'll be hard to predict what will be the most popular and what will be the best.
Kaoru Hana wa Rin to Saku has been anticipated for a while so it's bound to at least be pretty to look at with a good story.
Dandadan and Sono Bisque Doll will be watched by a lot of people.
Seishun Buta Yarou is not as popular as it once was but every new movie is still highly anticipated by its large fanbase.
Grand Blue new season will be awesome and hilarious.
After 15 years, Trigger is picking up Gainax's ashes and releasing a new season for Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt.

Hotel Inhumans is an interesting take on the John Wick-esque universe.

Bunny Girl Senpai was also 13 episodes. Santa Claus should actually have better pacing than BGS. It'll cover one less volume and most of them are a lot shorter.
