This is what makes autism diagnosis so tricky even IRL and why its a spectrum rather than a condition, there are commonalities between cases but its not a single definitive set of symptoms every time for every person. A high functioning autistic person will present fewer extreme symptoms from a low functioning austistic person, thats what those categories *mean*. Its why they *exist*.
You can bring up disinegneous internet arguments all you want, because yeah people are dumb and shitty on the internet for attention. What else is new. But that doesn't change the fact that Laios, himself, displays enough symptoms of autistic behavior and thinking that he would likely qualify for a diagnosis.
