Nobody does mouth to mouth anymore. What professionals use is a bag. I forget the name of it, but it's a small handheld barrel shaped plastic bag with an attachable rubber seal to cover the mouth and nose. You use that for your breaths. Nobody does actual mouth to mouth breathing anymore

Rescue breathing is as elementary as it gets. I'm pretty sure that regular chest compressions are enough to purge the lungs of water if done properly

There are plenty of CPR certifications, anon. From the AHA, from the ERC, from the Red Cross, from the HSI, etc.
Anyways, mot of the guidelines you'll find will say that compressions-only is usually recommended for bystanders, while mouth-to-mouth is recommended for specific scenarios, and by people trained to do it.
We're really not getting anywhere with this argument, so I'll just call it a night. Feel free to have the last word if you feel like it.
