First impression is... This is bad. Feels like it's trying too hard.
Story is fine to start but the last few minutes introduces too much at once.
Characters are all flat both in terms of personality and also their designs make it hard to animate them well.
The visuals were colorful and vibrant but outside of the CG portion it felt unfocused and stiff.
This also might just be on my end but the audio felt very amateurish, music was almost inaudible at points with how low it was mixed under all the other noises.
Definitely has potential so I won't drop yet. I'd rather an ambitious anime fall on its face than something that plays it safe.
