When Yotsuba said that Fuutarou arrived in Nagoya yesterday, it doesn't necessarily mean that he'd already been in Nagoya for 24 hours after Yotsuba arrived at the cafe. We don't know exactly when he arrived in Nagoya yesterday. He could have arrived in Nagoya at 11 p.m., and that would still mean he arrived in Nagoya "yesterday." We basically have almost no real information about yesterday other than that he arrived in Nagoya yesterday and the fact that Yotsuba and the meaning behind her words with her sisters' grinning like that is the only implication as to why Fuutarou is still asleep on his wedding day.
