Fuutarou has been living in Tokyo for five years. We have confirmation in chapters 1 and 32 that Fuutarou is still asleep in the waiting room before the wedding ceremony begins. Fuutarou apparently couldn't sleep like usual yesterday, which is why he is still asleep at that time.
When Yotsuba said that Fuutarou arrived in Nagoya yesterday, it doesn't necessarily mean that he'd already been in Nagoya for 24 hours after Yotsuba arrived at the cafe.
