"Assisted in Destroying the meteorite" for example, could read as "Was there for it, helping people, breaking pieces after it broke apart", rather than "Jumped into it and straight up destroyed a meteorite with his fist"
Honestly the reality is more bizarre than the lie.
It's like reading a C.V. that read "Good with all forms of machinery" and expecting things to be an exaggeration, only for it to be, if anything, minimizations of reality and the guy has perfect technopathy or something equally insane.
