Netflix is by far the easiest. A lot of new shows, quality subtitles (which are easily downloadable btw), easy to use with VPNs, takes non-JP credit cards.
If you want to jump through some hoops, Amazon JP and Bandai Channel have a lot of stuff that Netflix doesn't.
Learning Japanese becomes both easier and more fun when you realize that you only need to be at like N3 level to enjoy a LOT of media, while learning in the process. Even at N4 you can watch kino like Precure just fine
If you're one of those people who hate localizers fucking with your anime, know that AI isn't going to be good enough to translate media without human (read: localizer) intervention any time soon. If you're okay with that, then by all means, keep on keeping on
