They do that because they think Dex will give away their details to the magazines. But any magazine would just send DMCA to Dex to take down the chapter and only come after them if they don't do anything, which they will, they won't bother coming after individual people, especially someone like me who barely had any uploads. I'm from a third world country anyways, nothings going to happen. I don't want to get permission to upload chapters of a manga that I don't even work on, and I would have no use of it for any other reason.
