100 usd isn't exactly that much. I could make that amount in less than 4 hours since I make 28 usd an hour in my job. Now compare that time to a one year subscription. Quite huge difference for such a measly amount. You know what's sad? People complaining about other people spending their own hard-earned money knowing that they themselves could never afford such an amount of money and are seething with jealousy by making dumb threads in a Vietnamese basket-weaving imageboard.

Is that playback speed option an extension?

A decent VPN costs roughly the same amount and you have to do more work and manage your libraries and such.
I'll go back at some point, but for now the lazy option wins.
