Yes but they're different shows. Hibike is about a concert band that's trying to get serious and competitive. The story arcs often involve Kumiko (our fluffy MC) getting entangled in all sorts of interpersonal drama caused by the that transition. It's not a CGDCT but it's not a tearjerker either. To me it feels similar to Shirobako (which I also wholeheartedly recommend) and it's fantastic.
