Should be a normal enough marriage, maybe less sex than usual because of his back problems but mostly because he'd be fucking his daughter. The neighbors would probably gossip and shit talk a lot with him taking the brunt of it because no matter what explanation you give or how often you tell the truth, it looks like he groomed her. And even if he convinces them that it wasn't his idea, then he's old enough to know better and not be convinced by a girl way younger than him, especially one he raised.
