I haven't read the manga in years, just taking pieces of the story from clips and manga posts online.
I like to pretend Monet joined and she's been using her Logia powers as a means to use her main powerset of COLD FUSION to fusion dance with the Strawhats into Christmas/Winter/Cool themed forms of each one. Brook becomes a Snowman, Chopper can fly with big icicle antlers, Sanji becomes a figure skating fighter with Dry Ice kicks, etc.
