I'd recommend it if you're a fan of shounen romance. The romance is definitely the best part. Otherwise it has a ton of very random scattershot ideas that come at you rapid-fire, they don't all hit but the sheer variety and creativity keeps it interesting. The manga also probably has the best weekly art of any series going right now.

The anime combines this with a very strong sense of style, great music, and pretty good animation.

There's a difference between a regular dance op/ed and a tiktok dance op/ed. A tiktok dance op/ed is one that's specifically designed to be done by people on tiktok as a way to trick people into giving the show free advertising. So they position the camera at a flat angle directly facing the characters (like you would in real life if you were filming yourself dancing), and then the choreography is a few exaggerated very easy to imitate moves chained together (so people who are bad at dancing can still do them).
