You can't really conquer and convert at a rate so fast that the population is always 60-80% women. In practice they just end up with civil conflict when the incels get uppity. The vast majority of ISIS fighters for example were unmarried young men who had no future prospects. They didn't invade non-Muslim countries to convert people, since it was easier to just kill their fellow muslims because of some minor differences and then claim their wives for themselves. Most Islamic countries in the Middle East and Africa that practice polygamy have a much higher incidence of civil conflict compared to countries that don't.
