Prepare to have a transactional relationship where the cost is relative to how well you present and your social value.
Also, since it's a transactional relationship...don't expect loyalty and prepare for the worst if someone who is better looking or presenting with more money or high social status comes along.

And unless you make other arrangements, being in the country only 90 days at a time is going to make it even harder to maintain any sort of loyalty.
