I was wondering about that cable in mouth so I did what I did on pic rel, but then I realized the eye is misaligned and wondered if I can fix it, but as it turns out im not actually sure whats wrong with it so I let AI rearrange that portion - probably too big by a few pixels and the hair not obscuring more so her face seems larger and thus the eye looks off? Thanks. I'm not sure what the technical term is but you could do those Michelin man rings around your drawings to see if there is/add depth. For the perspective it's just basically a lot of practice of copying other artists compositions, if you do it a lot they'll come to you eventually. To make the face specifically 3D, I draw the nose bridge when drawing the construction (even if you don't draw it like me), it gives it depth and also helps me place the features later

Thanks. I own quite a lot of doujinshi, and it's always been my dream to draw one. Anyone who loves doujinshi knows that the skill level isn't important, and that all that matters is that you put your passion into it and share it with others. That's the beauty of doujinshi, your drawings could look like an elementary school students, and you could print the book on printer paper with your lousy home printer and bind it with a stapler, and it would still be a wonderful book worth reading, I honestly believe this. So of course, I know all of this, but it's like everything goes out the window when it comes to my own art. I feel like it needs to be perfect, but I know I'll never get to drawing it that way, so I just have to keep reminding myself to just draw it. I just have to draw it.
