Ikusa is a mess of technical terms and nuanced emotions combined with quite a bit of world building. I didn't read every last part because the translation was unbearable, but I read enough to understand how a translation could be terribly wrong. It already looks pretty serviceable and the arcs focus on all the lewdest characters. I know it is absolutely guaranteed to have a scene with 10nobu licking Karen. Shaft will probably also insert a bunch of random lewd shots as per usual. As for female director, no staff are confirmed yet. But also, Japanese females tend to be behind some of the lewdest stuff in anime and manga because they aren't as pussy as a lot of men are. The only way I could see Numachi is her representing the opposing philosophy of always confronting your worries at every opportunity.
