It was translated in part by VIZ, but they dropped it.
The story in this is extremely complex/convoluted so its only natural no scanlator picked it up.

So,i've read a few volumes of FSS and i've got to say the obsession and passion i feel radiating from it is almost scary. I could explain away the insane amount of crazily costumed characters as being just the scrapbook of a fashion designer with a bit of background fluff to it but then there's the mechas and the whole timeline and faction shit. Boggles the mind. I'm not big on mochas but after ZoE these ones are just right but even as a guy who likes lore the amount thrown around here is just daunting. Anyway,i'll continue it at some point but the Amaterasu wanking drags it down a bit.

The previous English release of FFS wasn't handled by VIZ, it was Nagano's former company, Toyspress. The series was released in around 80-page volumes with a large trim, similar to the manga's presentation size in NewType magazine. They put out 26-or-so volumes, before the whole operation called it quits.

Otherwise, beyond the issue of the translation for the first volume of Kamen Rider Kuuga, I haven't exactly been thrilled by the overall quality of my few manga from Titan Press. Cool that FFS is getting another shot in English, but I'll keep my expectations in check for the final product.

It'd bee nice, if this project could get the manga republished in English. Udon re-licensed the series back in 2015 and proceeded to do nothing with it.
