Panty & Stocking is original content, at least a continuation of already existing original content that wasn't an adaptation. It'll be original content going forward either way.
Dungeon Meshi is an adaptation, but they did a good job with the first half and its a good anime/manga.
Edgerunners is original content, even if its tied into the world of an existing game (which it has barely anything to do with).

None of this comes close to the scale of Kill La Kill or DtF in the legacy of Gainax. What people want are the next successors to that, a larger then life ambitious original with a unique setting and explosive plot strong enough to unite the entire board. We haven't had such a thing since 2018 and it's telling how much culture has stagnated then as a result.
