You don't generally speaking. Remina is absurdly tanks and even simple planetbusting weaponry won't stop it since it mass scatters gas giants and destroys stars. It's also fast enough to destroy stuff like the Hydra Constellation.

You basically need a character or setting that treats casual starbusting as a routine affair and just limiting to manga means you're still looking at settings that get pretty damn ridiculous even beyond those levels.

It seems like some kind of lovecraftian novel about someone slowly turning into an inhuman being due to "hell".

Whatever "hell" is in this context isn't clear, although the protagonist still seems to be on Earth there since he mentions a surgeon in 1955 that just made his condition even worse.
