It's comical how they were unable to find a decent studio for S3 despite the MASSIVE gap from S2. Granted I don't think anyone could have handled the amount of action of the MA arc, but this is shaping out to be a disaster.

I don't think studio makes a difference. S2 was animated by the same people that did Okaa-san Online and they prioritized that over OPM (and yes, it looked better.)

There is no interest for the anime. The hiatus between S1 and S2 was too long, now the manga went to shit between S2 and now and even ONE moved to bigger and better projects.
