The "I’ll play with my eyes closed" trope right on chapter 1. It’s already going over the top meaning that every fight will have to be more spectacular than the previous one. Not sure if it’s a good idea to start like this.
Art is amateurish but I’m curious to see if there will be interesting situations the MC will have to overcome so I’ll stick for a couple chapters more.

A bit too crazy but that's not a bad thing, it's not as boring as the other two new sports manga so I hope it outlives them.

I think it would have legs if it was general gambling series. But the ping pong angle will dry up pretty fast.

I think supercharged ping pong would do better without the gambling or life risking aspect. Makes the stakes an even bigger joke than elimination tournaments.

They could switch things up with side characters, doubles, training arcs and the like. This is essentially a battle shounen with extra steps but I hope it won't devolve into mere figuring out countermeasures to the opponent's cheat to win, and that MC also finds his own style.
