There are some japanese videos that joke about this where people who speak perfect english often get glossed over while people who speak engrish get their dick sucked and have people saying βeeehhh sugoi your english is so fluentβ. There are also stories where people who do the english teaching gig in japan often struggle through the interview process because their english is βtoo goodβ so they start speaking racist-level engrish and all of a sudden people say their english is flawless and that theyβd be perfect for the job.
