First the movie in late 2025/early 2026. Then the anime probably starts late 2026/early 2027, but it also depends on how much S4 will cover and whether or not some or all of the LN vol. 12 storyline will be included. If it's the entirety of vol. 12, then I don't think that S4 can start any earlier than early 2027, because due to contractual obligations is cannot pass the manga release.
