I'm watching through Zeta right now and I'm pleasantly surprised how quickly the characters caught on to him being Char. I also like how the returning characters, Hayato at least, accepted him as Quattro despite that. There's something very mature about the way it was handled and I liked it.

Kamille became autistic inside his head, but I believe he's supposed to be comatose to everyone else. This isn't really explained at all if you don't pick up ZZ, which elaborates on it, otherwise you might think that Kamille died and the last scene is metaphor.

It's also never really explained how and why and the Biosensor (prototype psycommu in the Zeta) was retconned and probably should have been explained instead of the Rosammy Badam episodes.

AEUG, Titans, and Neo Zeon all had the goal of moving humanity to space. Titans believed that Spacenoids should be subservient to earth (presumably as weapons), Neo Zeon believed that earthnoids should be subservient to Spacenoids, and AEUG believed that they should be equal. AEUG disbanded after ZZ and thus Char lost hope in it
