Am I the only one that sees something horribly wrong here?
Mama Yamada went out to dinner with a sleazy movie star she just met an hour ago. This isn't a friend, a coworker, or even an associate, this man is a complete stranger.
A complete stranger with high social status invited her, a woman without a man present, to dinner, which she accepted. This is a grown woman in the modelling industry who undoubtedly knows that nothing good would come out of this.
Papa Yamada essentially caught his wife cheating on him red handed. Imagine if your wife went to a party with a bunch of actors and later that night you bump into her with a prolific actor taking her out to dinner. What the fuck?
I should have known that Norio would have handled this stupid chapter so fucking poorly that she paints Mama Yamada as an unfaithful wife, or an incredibly stupid and naive woman that would get taken advantage of, at best.
What if Papa Yamada and Ichikawa didn't end up visiting the restaurant on a whim? I don't even want to think about where this could have gone. Typical Norio playing with fire and getting burned again.
