anon, I don't need some fancy graph to tell me this.
Low IQ fags simply refuse to read. I know "people" who will use one of those retarded speech synthesis programs from early 2000s to read the subs for them.

English is a key language of the western world, while moon cartoons are in a language that is only spoken by a cluster of islands in the Far East, and is never relevantboutside of cultural interest in said moon cartoons.

Not really a compelling argument.

>more subfag countries are worse at worse at math then dubfags
Explain this

country too poor to get dub vs country rich enough to afford it but still choosing subs
All the red countries on the right side of the graph are rich.

I'm assuming it's
>red countries tend to prefer subtitles in media
>blue countries tend to prefer dubs in media
>these are the standardised test score averages for these countries
In which case it's essentially showing that countries that use subs (and so are more likely to be exposed to english) do better on English tests. Or that countries that already have a good grasp on english are more likely to be okay with (english) media with subtitles.
