I genuinely think to satisfying conclude the wide majority of setup, character arcs, and storylines in 40 chaoters, the next 40 chapters have to have some of the best pacing in manga history. Hisoka hasn't even interacted with a troupe member yet. We're not even a month into a 2 month trip.
I think it ends in 90 chapters. The next 40 chapters conclude Benjamin vs Halkenburg, martial law ends, then were in the final stretch.

They weren’t as common before because Togashi was under a weekly schedule and was also focused on “finishing” gins story, which was the main plot.
Togashi only really started using hiatus regularly in the CA arc, which can also explain why it’s longer and more ambitious than the previous arcs with all the time to plan and write. Post CA arc, Gons story is finished, so Togashi can do whatever the fuck he wants because technically this is post game content.
