Am I the only one that wants the new P&S to fail badly? I just want it to have threads full of people saying how disappointed they are by the show and posting screencaps comparing how good the old one was compared to the bad one. Hell it would be pretty fun if trigger ran out of budget after the 3 episode and everything turned into a huge slideshow. I have never felt this way regarding an anime and it feels weird. Have you experienced it before?

I understand entirely OP, cept I don't limit my desire for failures to just anime, I want this world to fail, I want to see as much pain and suffering as possible, I want to see death, destruction and pure apathy, I don't know why either I think it's because those things feel more 'real' than success, happiness, enjoyment and positivity those always feel like lies like people setting themselves up for the cruel reality of existence.

If you truly want it to fail the best way to do so is to drag it into the culture war political hellscape it doesn't matter if it's hyper liberal or conservative just pick a moment, any moment in the show, a piece of dialogue, a symbol in the background anything, blow it up with conspiracy theories, look into the voice actors backgrounds and social media to see if they said something that could trigger a leftist or a conservative and watch the fireworks.

I think that any cheap and lazy piece of shit deserves to fail. Unfortunately people have very low standards though, so I wouldn't be surprised if this lifeless trash didn't flop.
