I found this manga when it was just released in Japan, right after Yuru Camp became a thing. I forgot why I dropped the manga, but the anime episode 1 made me remember. The femMC is waaaaaaay too obnoxious, which made the ”solo” camping not comfy at all. That, and a bunch of boring side-characters. I’m also disappointed with the MC for throwing away his solo camping ideal really quick just for some random hoe who threatened to #metoo him the very first time they met.

Yurifags favorite anime for some reason. Very bland! “pure” yuri story is nothing but romance, which is one of the most boring genres out there. This even follows the typical romance plot where the chad (stacy) is a groomer attempted-rapist who forces her worldy desire on the MC. Dropped the manga ages ago. I doubt the anime’d be any better.

Despite those red flags, it's pretty decent. If you're into mecha or cool bio/steampunk designs, check it out. Of course, I never read the books, so I can't tell you exactly how much they butchered the books, but considering it's 12 episodes for the entire fucking thing, a lot of things must have been cut.

Vending Machine season 2 is pretty good.

I'm waiting for Dandadan and Yofukashi no Uta to finish before watching them, since I’m already familiar with the manga, and I’d rather watch them all over a weekend. I’m also interested in Kaoru Hana wa Rin to Saku, but the subs available on Nyaa are terrible, so I’m waiting for the official release (although, given recent trends, the subs will likely be iffy too).

Nice "great tier" and AOTS is fine. There's a few things I would move up and you're missing Jidou Hanbaiki which is good. Personally I like something that draws me in and forces me to watch episode after episode until I either run out of them or collapse. It is hard to pin down what does this, I guess this is a matter of there being a certain charisma in the mc or the setting, with the setting (or occasionally just the premise) becoming a big deal where applicable. I can't imagine a harem gag show being my aots, but I also couldn't imagine ranking my favorites and expecting my viewpoint to be widely shared.

There's also high production values... I guess SL for a recent instance deserved every criticism leveled at it, but everyone still watched it because of the sakuga overload. Any shows this season look like they have a budget?

Mikadono is my personal favorite so far, although that's in large part because I love the manga. Objectively speaking I was most impressed by Silent Witch's first episode (although I'm a bit worried about it supposedly taking place in a school from now on). The comedy detective show is also very funny.

I don't think is that much different, I would say the MC is really good(so far), he's kind of a spaghetti spiller like any other but he just keep "pushing forward" regardless of the mistakes he make, so he kind of come off as a chad too, is a weird combination but it result in him making things very entertaining, and it combines pretty well with the girls that are so "hard to get", if you like the artstyle at least give it a try.

-Food Court: Their talking about nothing was surprisingly fun.
-Dandadan S2: As good as the first season.
-City: I liked Nichijou, so I'm giving it a chance to pick up.
-Takopi: I honsetly don't like these kinds of stories much, but each episode leaves me curious about where things will go next.

I also have Nukitashi on my list. I had PSG, but I'm doubtful about a sequel that came so long after the original, and other anons' reactions weren't promising.
I have dropped Nyaight of the Living Cat, Detectives These Days, Busamen Gachi Fighter, and Shy Hero on the first episode. I might give Busamen another chance.
