CGDCT/comedy moe? 2/5. "Less than a coin flip" territory, very much hinges on the individual director/author's skill to make it stand out with a good gimmick/character dynamics.
Action/sports/intrigue with an all-moe cast? 4/5. For some reason a lot of these tend to consistently be really fun, especially when they take their own plot seriously. It's a very otaku-bait genre, in a good way, and there's not much outside of anime/manga that seems to be able to pull it off.
