Latin America, meanwhile, did a faithful Spanish dub of the original series. BOTH countries tried to put CCS in Toonami's after-school block and market it to boys, but the latin dub didn't try to make Syaoran the deuteragonist or change the content or the original OST. Hence, TONS of Latino men from the early 2000's who wound up being fans of the girliest shit ever.

Dubs back in the 90's were so much better than the english counterpart, it was so big of a difference that I couldn't stomach to hear some wannabe read a script instead of doing a heartful interpretation.
