I loved this manga and the anime too, but I don't think I'll pick it up again. When I read it, the serialization hadn't finished, but I don't think that's the case anymore. Can someone give me a summary of how it ended? What happened to Watanuki?

Been a decade since I last read
Yuko has been dead forever but her time was frozen. She actually does die but Watanuki runs her shop, waiting for her to return. Epilogue isd decades into the future. Every human he knew is dead at that point. The gay bro and the short girl married (implied at least out some convenience) and their kids and grandkids look out for Watanuki. He looks exactly like Doumeki.
The end. Really depressing ending, but Yuko was too good of a woman for Watanuki to get over, maternally or not.
