She was jealous of the attention she got from kyon but didn't know how to put it into words. After she got corrected by kyon almost heeming her she realized she was being a piece of shit and started treating mikuru better. She never hated mikuru, she liked her alot, but sometimes her own selfishness was too strong and overpowered her care for her friends

Oh FUCK someone else had the same idea I had a decade ago. I can't believe this post isn't being made by ME. Even the Mikuru=Shinji call, I would never have expected somebody else to make that linkup.

The Haruhi cast is like the Eva kids if they got sent through a weird dimensional portal. Maybe some odd AU where Asuka takes charge of Instrumentality and shapes a new universe according to her own exact desires.
