man, OTR pacing is all over the place. majority of it is fine. but then you have hostage situation and---- its already resolved by the next page, and at the same time, releasing iron spirit too. there is no rhyme and reason, no set up or payoff.
and Six Horn is Ice's General. so we already speedrun that trope, huh.

Yeah it's annoying because that looked like a genuine problem for Otr and the antagonist was actually winning, but then he just... gets faster and solves the problem immediately which makes the villain look weak. Why even have the hostage situation when you could have had Otr realize he can't fight him right now and focus his energy on the forge spirit?

Wrong. Toho, the biggest distributor in Japan, takes around 50%+ of the box office gross in most anime deals. Anime studios (like Ufotable) only get a slice of the profits via the production committee system. For Demon Slayer, the committee includes Aniplex (the investors), Shueisha (the IP owner), and Ufotable (the animators) and the split isn't even. Ufotable, being the animation contractor, is not the main beneficiary. That's why they have all these cafés. They make money elsewhere BUT the animation.
If you're talking about "60%" going to the Japanese side collectively (i.e. Toho + committee), you'e still wrong. The studio doesn't get 60%. The distribution chain does and it’s split between many stakeholders.
Also, calling people "mongolids" (lol) while making fantasy accounting isn't a power move, it's an IQ test you just failed.
>He doesn't realize kny made ufotable open a global web shop
No one outside of your Discord echo chamber is buying Zenitsu plushies from the Ufotable shop at scale. Yes, Ufotable opened a shop. BUT...
>Target audience?
Hardcore collectors.
>Follower count on Twitter?
~100K.
>Meaningful global revenue?
Basically nothing.
Compare that to:
>Marvel merchandise revenue in 2023 = $3.2B
>Superman merchandise revenue in 2024 alone = estimated ~$700M across toy lines, licensed clothing, and promotional deals
Even Chainsaw Man outsold Demon Slayer in international merch spikes post-episode 1. Meanwhile, Demon Slayer's global toy sales are so poor, Bandai stopped expanding the Tamagotchi and sword toy lines overseas after 2021, lol.

You mean... reruns of old arcs pulling high ratings on Fuji TV, one of the largest terrestrial broadcasters in Japan with no competition in that time slot?
I bet you didn't even look at the actual data you posted:
>Swordsmith Village (Sun)
Runtime: 193 min
Rating: 8.8%
>Swordsmith (2nd ep) (Fri)
Runtime: 166 min
Rating: 8.1%
>Entertainment District
Runtime: 168 min
Rating: 7.5%
A primetime rebroadcast of one of Japan’s biggest recent anime pulled in under 9% while Anpanman reruns pull 17%+ in the morning. You just posted evidence that Anpanman mops Tanjiro's huge forehead in ratings. Also: Fuji TV is a broadcast network, which always has higher baseline ratings. These aren't groundbreaking, this is average legacy IP engagement, not "domination."
It's also funny how you seem to forget this one detail:
>Sazae-san still airs weekly and gets ~6-8% every week for 50 years
>Chibi Maruko-chan does the same
This isn't "Kimetsu domination." It’s "airing something popular on the most watched network in a good time slot."
Also: TV ratings =/= box office.

>Akane Banashi
It's too boring and repetitive. The art is nice, though.
>Kill Blue
Boring art and boring plot.
>Kagurabachi
It's genuinely trash. It tries to mimic other successful series way too much, the characters are bland, the protagonist has negative charisma and it has shit for all choreography, the action is mainly some impressive-looking spreads.

>seething
Lol. The only who seethes is the underage child who made a console war thread with MHA and some irrelevant, dead manga (Japan don't care about Black Clover) because your daily threads (I'd bet they're FULL of samefags, about 1-2 people talking to themselves mostly) are dead so you migrated. You also know nothing about film business and how the industry operates.
>Literally low balling at around 200 million in japan.
Lmao. That’s not lowballing, that's science fiction. You just woke up, inhaled a bag of expired Mugen Train merch, and decided box office gravity doesn't apply anymore.
First off, Mugen Train made ¥40B (~$390M) in Japan during peak lockdown, when:
>there were no other blockbusters
>theaters were empty, so rewatching was easy
>people were desperate for any content.
>it had a movie-style narrative with a finality
>the government gave stimulus checks
>and it had unprecedented media blitz coverage, down to literal government shoutouts
Swordsmith Village (2023)
>made ~¥3.8B (~$25M)
>with IMAX rollouts, with a dubbed release, with premiere hype, with bonus chapters
And guess what? It flopped internationally, and underwhelmed at home.
Hashira Training Arc (2024)
>final gross in Japan: less than ¥5.5B (~$35M)
Down again. This time got beaten in multiple foreign territories by MHA filler. That's right, Tanjiro got bodied by a dead franchise.
There's zero sign of this thing pulling anything north of ¥10B-15B unless:
>they start selling literal crack with each ticket
>Jurassic World gets banned from screens
>Japan enters a second pandemic and locks people in the theater
And even then, it's a stretch because:
>Infinity Castle has long runtime (2h35m)
>less rewatch value
>not accessible to casuals
>marketing already showing fatigue (as per trailer views vs earlier hype)
>pushed into September to dodge Hollywood competition and it's getting eaten alive by Jurassic World 20 days after Infinity Castle drops

Predictions from non-copium adults in the room? Realistic Japan total: ¥10B-¥14B ($65M–$95M) If it overperforms massively? Maybe ¥15B-¥18B tops. ¥20B+? That's dreamland. Not a “lowball,” a hallucination from a child who doesn't know anything about the film industry. Even the Japanese on Yahoo Japan say this movie will most likely make ¥15B because the Demon Slayer boom from 2020 waned off not to mention Japan are suffering from an economic collapse right now as we speak.
And once again: $200M in Japan = ¥31B. Not happening. That's 75% of Mugen Train's total, with none of Mugen Train's once-in-a-lifetime conditions. Not even Jujutsu Kaisen 0 could sniff that. You're really out here thinking every new Demon Slayer release gets a Get Out of Market Forces Free Card.
You can ride high, though. The crash is gonna be delicious. Especially when Jurassic World drops.

he needs to learn how to write good characters the reader can care about. that's his biggest failure.
velou in RH was barely interested in the world and the call to adventure. he was just along for the ride at best and needed to have his village burn. even then what was his goal? a vague "let's kill werewolves". grimm had a vague goal in "curing her curse" but she barely felt interested in her own plot.
otr has the same issue. otr himself is just kinda going through the motions "i guess i'll fight the ice kingdom now that i have fire powers".
he needs to have characters connected emotionally to their goal.
take luffy. he wants freedom and adventure. his emotional connection is the promise to shanks, the man who sacrificed an arm to protect him.
naruto, he wants to be hokage to earn the respect he never got growing up. goku, he embarks on a journey to find the dragon balls with a girl. one of the mcguffins is an important family memento.
otr has nothing. he has a sister back home and that's it. she is barely ever mentioned again after chapter 1.

Reality check: Demon Slayer wants to be in that league. It mimics blockbuster strategies. But it doesn't have:
>the market diversification
>the long-term brand power
>or the financial stability
To actually compete there. It's cosplaying global dominance, not living it. Marvel (even in its slump) does:
>$600M-$1B+ per movie regularly
>with zero reliance on any one country
>with built-in home media, toy, game, streaming profit chains
>and nearly two decades of continuous cinematic IP generation
Demon Slayer:
>is totally Japan-dependent (90% of Mugen Train's revenue came from Japan)
>loses steam every year after Mugen Train
>has no real global merch ecosystem (unless you count niche Aniplex webstores that sell out because of limited supply, not demand)
>and will end after Sunrise Countdown, it's a time-limited IP
That's not Marvel tier, that's Fate/stay night with better animation and a stronger launch window. Also, LOL @ saying Demon Slayer is "in the same league as Anpanman." Possibly the biggest self-own imaginable.
Anpanman:
>has been running since 1988
>dominates toddlers to grandparents
>has over 30 movies released
>generates billions in merch every year
>is literally used by the Japanese government in social programs
Demon Slayer:
>will be done in 2 more arcs
>has maybe 3-4 movies total by the end
>cannot sell outside Asia at volume
>and collapsed internationally post-Mugen Train
They're not even in the same solar system, let alone the same league.
Meanwhile, MHA:
>doesn't chase IMAX or red carpets or award-season cosplay (Aniplex tried to submit Mugen Train into the Oscars and were laughed out of the building)
>quietly racks up $50M+ movie grosses for literal filler
>got a Hollywood LA with Legendary Pictures (same as Godzilla, Dune, Detective Pikachu)
>has a growing streaming and licensing footprint
>has consistent momentum without needing event gimmicks
It's not trying to be Marvel. It’s trying to be durable. And that's the key difference.

>Kimetsu manga sales? Doesnt count
Yeah, because they don't anymore. DS's manga hasn't sold a single new volume in four years. Every boost was:
>during its peak boom (2019-2021)
>from anime-triggered back catalog surges
>and followed by massive drop-offs after the anime cooled
Compare it to One Piece or JJK where volume-to-volume retention exists and DS's sales graph looks like a cliff dive after the anime finale.
>Kimetsu tv ratings? Doesnt count
Cool, Fuji TV aired a special rerun marathon and scored decent household ratings in a low-competition timeslot. And let's not act like Japan hasn't crowned Sazae-san king of TV for decades. Ratings in Japan are heavily tied to time slot and legacy trust, not necessarily cultural dominance.
Meanwhile, where's the international discussion about those reruns? Oh right, nowhere. Because they don't matter outside Japan, and even within Japan, re-airing old arcs doesn't scream "franchise growth."
>Kimetsu being recommended by several all star mangaka? Doesnt count
You mean the same all-star mangaka who recommend dozens of Jump series? You got:
>Togashi recommending TPN
>Hori hyping World Trigger
>Oda shouting out Mashle
>Kishi praising Kagurabachi
This is Jump marketing cycle 101, not a holy anointment. They promote everything with a pulse. DS's manga was underperforming for 3 years until Ufotable dragged it to relevance with sakuga sorcery.
>Kimetsu first movie selling well? Doesnt count
It *does* count -- as the peak of a bubble. Mugen Train was:
>released during Japan's post-Covid theater drought
>the first major anime-only theatrical continuation
>a perfect storm of timing, emotion, and no competition
And yet... every movie since then has performed worse. That's not "franchise strength." That’s a flash in the pan.

Or the fact you keep avoiding, it hasn't had a single movie since mugen train.

>Kimetsu re caps doing well? Doesnt count
You mean 'doing well' by getting beaten overseas by MHA filler? A recap film doing okay in Japan where literally any anime can pull decent numbers with IMAX trickery is not a flex. It's marketing inflation, not content success.
>Kimetsu in school text books? Doesnt count
Violet Evergarden was also in Japanese school text books, as was Oreimo among other series. Demon Slayer is not unique in that aspect.
>Kimetsu recognized by JP's Prime Minister? Doesnt count
PR stunt. Japan's new PM Ishiba Shigeru dressed up as Majin Buu for the opening ceremony of a figure museum once.
>Kimetsu boosting Japan's economy? Doesnt count
Japan's economy has been so bad they counted capsule toy sales as GDP contributors. Demon Slayer boosting anything was just a symptom of a media-starved pandemic bubble. Same thing happened with:
>Yo-Kai Watch
>Frozen
>Evangelion 3.0
None of them remained economic pillars after 3 years.
>Kimetsu being played at the Olympics? Doesnt count
At this point, you're listing state-mandated cultural moments, not global dominance. The Olympics shoutout came from Japan, for Japan, during its only relevant year, 2020. Meanwhile:
>One Piece was repped by Olympians internationally
>JJK was shouted out in the Paris Olympics
>Naruto cosplay made international TV
Demon Slayer never got that love again. Even at peak, it wasn't organic. It was manufactured domestic hype.
>Kimetsu pre sale tickets selling out left and right? Doesnt count
Because you capped the number of tickets to boost artificial scarcity and anime fans pre-order like it's idol merch. Let's wait for those actual box office legs before screaming "record-breaking." This is the Swordsmith Village scam all over again: fake IMAX "event" rollout, big opening... then flatline internationally.

>Or the fact you keep avoiding, it hasn't had a single movie since mugen train.
Wrong. Swordsmith Village arc released as a theatrical event internationally and in Japan. Aniplex marketed it like a film:
>IMAX release? Check
>Dolby rollout? Check
>Global dub/sub premieres? Check
>Press tour with cast? Check
You can try calling it "TV episode compilation," but it was sold, distributed, and marketed like a movie. You can't sell someone a Big Mac and then scream "but that wasn't a meal!" when they complain it tasted like a stale reheat. Even Hashira Training got the same treatment. You think that shit was airing in IMAX for the vibes?
So don't play the "there hasn’t been a movie" card. They’ve been testing waters for years, and nothing since Mugen Train has come close to recreating its box office magic. That's the point.
>Superman confirmed to have done worse than quantumania's opening weekend and will struggle to reach 500 million btw
Do you even math, bro? Or just post with your feelings? Quantumania made $104M opening weekend in the US and fell off a cliff. Superman has already made $123M in the US by Day 2 and $96M+ internationally, which means it's already sitting around $219M+ global in two freaking days. That's already a better trajectory than:
>The Marvels
>Quantumania
>The Flash
>Blue Beetle
>Shazam 2
Hell, it's outpacing Man of Steel which finished at $668M. Superman 2025 is clearly headed to $600M+, maybe even more depending on legs. That's a W no matter how you slice it. Also, Quantumania bombed because of:
>awful word of mouth
>frontloaded core fanbase
>and no overseas strength
Superman is:
>getting positive buzz
>pulling monster day-1s in UK/Mexico/Brazil/India
>holding better domestically
>and doesn't need China or Japan to carry it.
This ain't Quantumania 2: Kryptonian Boogaloo.

Cool, people are preordering for Infinity Castle. You know what else sold out in seconds and then flopped internationally? Swordsmith Village. Preorders = hype, not box office reality.
>t-the seats are selling!!
Congrats, it's the most hyped IP in Japan... in Japan, rofl. That's never been the debate. The issue is:
>it flops internationally
>it can't hold screens past Week 2
>it's releasing in September, the dump month, far from awards season or prime box office windows
Also, a ton of these seat maps are for premiere day: anime fans are always frontloaded. What happens after the fans go? That's when legs matter. And legs = where Demon Slayer consistently fails since 2021.
>>280535063
>i-it could unironically do better than Mugen Train!!
It won't. It's:
>releasing in a crowded market
>coming after audience fatigue
>being slotted right before Jurassic World
>carrying a 2h35m runtime (fewer screenings per day)
>and it's a multi-part arc, not a single climax event like Mugen Train
You'd need Jesus Christ animating on 1s to even touch Mugen Train's numbers, and even then, it's not happening overseas.

Harukaze was bad this week. It shouldve put a lot of emphasis on the opposibg team, the difference in their teams and the opposing players. There wasnt much of that. I retract my statement and put it right into axewatch with Ekiden.
Kaede was pretty mediocre too but it still stays afloat the axe line for me. Otr had a good chapter, better than last week's for sure. Ping Pong's artstyle is off-putting to me but so far it's interesting and keeps up the momentum. These 3 live imo.

We still here nigga
BTW, the Black Clover cuck is NOT going to like this, lmao. It seems like my predictions are coming true after all (again).
For context:
This post revolves around the announcement of 5 million giveaway items for Infinity Castle, with the "break-even line" stated as 7 billion yen (~$45-50M). But here's the kicker:
>These handouts are NOT cheap to produce or distribute
>Studios and exhibitors only throw this much bonus merch early when they know they need to frontload hard
>They're not doing this because the movie is so popular it sells itself. They're doing this because it won't without help.
And here are some of the comments in the thread:
>"Feels like it’ll need to hit 13 billion yen at least"
Translation: Even hardcore Japanese fans are setting bare-minimum bar expectations around 10-13B yen. That's less than half of Mugen Train.
>"70 billion yen = 5 million admissions"
Translation: They're literally tying ticket handouts to how much it needs to earn to save face.
>"This art stand? Mid."
Translation: Merch being mocked = low perceived value = less incentive for non-hardcore fans to show up.
>"It’ll need to sell out those 5M giveaways in 1-2 weeks"
Aka, this is heavily frontloaded. If it doesn't hit big out the gate, momentum's dead.
>"20-25 billion maybe... 15 is the lowest it should go"
Translation: 15-20 billion yen is where expectations are set, not predictions. These numbers come with pressure. Anything below 200 will be seen as a stumble, especially if Fanastic Four and Jurassic World steals legs.
>"Mugen Train's 40 billion was because of Covid conditions."
Self-awareness from Japanese fans unlike Westoid fans. They know that original boom was a freak phenomenon, not replicable.
>"Just a sheet of paper?"/"Spy x Family only got 4 million bonuses, lol"
Even Japanese otaku understand this is all part of the merch-push hamster wheel, not genuine demand.

Man oh man. This year keeps getting better and better. I was right about all of my box office predictions thus far, I was right about Trump winning and I'd be right too about Infinity Castle not even touching Mugen Train. My predictions landed HARDER than Tanjiro getting dropped into a real blockbuster market.
>"Demon Slayer can't replicate Mugen Train success."
CONFIRMED. Even its own fans admit that ¥40B is a dream. Most are now clinging to ¥15-20B as the "save face" range, which is half of what Mugen Train pulled during a pandemic boost. It's sliding from cultural juggernaut to just another seasonal anime event.
>"Franchise fatigue is setting in."
CONFIRMED. The giveaways are at MHA levels of desperation now, and the trailer views (lol @ 11M in 7 months vs Mugen's 40M) scream that mainstream casuals aren't showing up anymore. It's now just running on the fumes of hardcore local fans.
>"International appeal is evaporating."
CONFIRMED. Swordsmith Village flopped hard globally, and there's no strong evidence Infinity Castle will reverse that. Mugen Train was a one-time anomaly. Outside of Japan, Demon Slayer is no longer an event, it's content filler at best.
>"Hollywood IPs (Superman/Fantastic Four) would undercut its box office footprint."
CONFIRMED. Superman literally came in swinging, taking premium screens, dominating LATAM and Europe, and now heading toward a $600-750M run with no Japan reliance. Meanwhile, Demon Slayer is praying for $45M break-even with 5 million handouts.
>"Jurassic World will be the real threat in Japan."
It’s not even out yet, and already people are discussing Demon Slayer's need to frontload and finish early. That means the box office legs won't last through Jurassic's rollout. I already predicted Demon Slayer would shift release dates or screen strategies to avoid competition and that's EXACTLY what Aniplex did.

Nice cope. But the numbers don't lie (you do, though). Here''s the actual global opening for Superman in 2 DAYS:
>UK $9.8M
>Mexico $8.8M
>China $6.6M
>Brazil $5.9M
>Australia $5.3M
>France $4.2M
>Korea $4.2M
>India $3.8M
>Spain $2.9M
>Japan $2.6M
That’s $54M from just 10 countries in 48 hours. Add in $123M from the U.S., and the total is already $177M in 2 days. That's a monster result, and without taking into account that now Superman made $96M outside of America in just 2 days. Meanwhile, Mugen Train in those same markets...
>Mugen Train made ~$49M total outside Japan. Over multiple months.
>UK: $1.9M (over a month)
>Mexico: $3.2M (over a month)
>Brazil: ~$2M (over weeks)
>France: ~$2.3M (over weeks)
>India/Spain/UK/etc? Practically ghosted it.
>>280537366
>backtracking
Nope. I never backtracked because I predicted Infinity Castle wouldn't come close to Mugen Train, and that 20 billion yen is the new cope ceiling. I was right. You're the one moving the goalposts from "Kimetsu is guaranteed 30-40 billion yen!!" to "even 15-20 billion yen is a win!!" which is, again, proving my point.
>>280536351
That's the point. And yet they kept charging full theatrical prices for TV recap expecting Mugen Train-level money. That's a branding problem. If the franchise can't pull numbers without a pandemic, novelty, and massive Ufotable push, then it isn't "timeless." It's event-dependent. And guess what? Even now with new content, people are dragging the bonuses, mocking the art cards, and saying it needs multiple waves of giveaways just to sustain hype. That's called franchise fatigue.
>>280537293
>A bigger flop than superman incoming.
Cool. Even if it does, it still has no bearing on the Demon Slayer discussion. It was only ever used to prove the IMAX and premium slot competition, which it has already done because Toho sure as fuck aren't playing favorites with Demon Slayer.

Now you're just trying to rewrite the argument into "you're only right if you compare Demon Slayer to the biggest IPs in history." Yeah, no shit. That's the whole point. Demon Slayer put itself in that lane. You're just mad I'm judging it by the standard it chose to emulate.
>you have to compare it to Marvel and Anpanman to find a win!!
Dude, you are the one who compared it to Marvel first. Demon Slayer fans claimed it was the next big global IP. They brag about:
>IMAX rollouts
>red carpet premieres
>global theatrical launches
>Mugen Train being #1 worldwide in 2020
>Oscars submission
>Infinity Castle trailer doing "Hollywood numbers"
You can't cosplay as Marvel-tier and then scream "stop comparing us to Marvel!!" when your numbers fall short. That's not logic, that's just fanboy whiplash.
>we're here 5 years later watching how its new movie is set to make a shit ton of money
Bro, a franchise still making money after 5 years doesn't automatically make it a dominant IP. It's peak anime short-burst behavior:
>huge boom
>fast saturation
>reliance on seasonal revivals
>no real global shelf presence
That's not Marvel. That's Tiger & Bunny with sakuga. If Infinity Castle does ¥200-250B, cool. It's still down 40%+ from Mugen Train, which had no competition, no streaming saturation, and pandemic scarcity on its side. That's not growth, that's controlled bleeding.
>i do not understand you and i mever will
Because you literally can't. Your entire argument is built on Demon Slayer exceptionalism, this idea that the rules don't apply, that success is infinite, and that every criticism is hate. Meanwhile I'm just holding up a mirror saying:
>"You want to play with the big dogs? Cool. But that means you get judged like them."
You want Demon Slayer to get blockbuster status without accepting blockbuster scrutiny and that's not how this works. And that's why I'm winning.
Why is this guy seething so fucking much? who gives a shit how much money kimetsu makes?

Ping Pong Peril is the future of the magazine.
I’m liking Otr and Kaedegami so far but they’re both lacking in ways I hope their respective mangaka can improve on. Otr stumbled with that training arc, even if it was short it killed momentum but the past month has been mostly good chapters and the new castmates, Etupirko and Sindra, seem promising. Otr himself is kind of bland so he really needs good castmates to bounce against to bring out his good qualities and to keep audience attention for slow chapters. The mangaka is also working on improving the panel flow and clarity of his pages. I think it’s too early for Otr to win against the current big bad so I hope he wins by being a quick witted leader that marshals Sidra and Etupirko so it’s a three against one instead of Otr winning single handedly.
Kaedegami is very consistent in its quality. Every chapter has been good so the problem now is that it isn’t ‘great’ and it’s lacking any standout characteristic. The mangaka probably should bring back the fan service and needs to improve their fights. Next chapter seems like it will be a lore dump which should actually be good because so far the manga has been very straightforward and hasn’t presented any mysteries for the readers to mull over.

>Why is this guy seething so fucking much? Who gives a shit how much money Kimetsu makes?
You do, clown. Literally 80% of the Demon Slayer fanbase’s personality since 2020 has been:
>"It outsold One Piece!"
>"It made more than Your Name!"
>"It’s the highest-grossing anime film ever!"
>"It broke all TV rating records!"
>"Gurenge played at the Olympics!"
>"Look at the box office!"
Now suddenly after multiple years of decline, recaps flopping overseas, and Superman nuking it in LATAM and Europe, you're too cool for revenue? Nah, that's not disinterest. That's retreat.
>>280545365
Oh, so now you care about the money again, just in time to use it as a dig at MHA, lol. Pick a side. You just said, "who cares how much Kimetsu makes?" But now you're implying it's relevant again because MHA's not making it? That's like bragging about winning a race and then crying the finish line was in the wrong place.
Also, friendly reminder:
>MHA doesn't even try to compete with global box office dominance like Demon Slayer does
>It doesn't spam theatrical releases or play the Oscar bait game like Demon Slayer did
And it still gets Hollywood backing, a Legendary co-production, and consistently hits $40M+ per film with no IMAX boost, filler plots, and minimal marketing
Meanwhile Demon Slayer:
>Puts out full arcs, not recap filler anymore
>Dumps $5M+ into marketing per launch
>Sells giveaway merch at theaters
>Builds up "event" hype months in advance
And still can’t repeat Mugen Train numbers. If MHA doesn't get the money, it's because it doesn't need it to stay afloat. Demon Slayer does.
When Demon Slayer was dominating, it was:
>"THE SALES PROVE IT’S THE GOAT!!"
Now that it's fading under real competition, it's:
>“Bro why you so obsessed with sales tho??”
Yeah. That's called copium and you're flailing harder with every post.

The art is ugly but the action is easy to follow. I prefer that over good art with incomprehensible composition.

I know post count doesn't actually mean anything but that Kiyoshi chapter was so gay the thread died in record time. Not to mention the laser beam [GREEK GOD] spam.

> "Yabba dabba damn… she's getting Plus Ultra'd again."
Through the paper-thin walls of his dorm room, he hears Uraraka moaning “Bakugooooooo!!” for the fourth night in a row.
He sniffles.
He smiles.
“That’s fine. As long as she’s happy… that’s what a hero wants.”
He opens his journal. Page 347: “New note: Bakugo’s thrust velocity seems to increase under emotional stress. Must analyze.”
He flips to the next page and draws another All Might face.
“That’s the spirit, young Midoriya,” he whispers to himself, pretending All Might is proud of him.

I understand shitposting once or twice, but seething for over a week about how much money an anime for kids makes all day long seems excessive for me, don't you think?
