Monogamy path for a manga like this would be a waste of the setting. The narrative seems to be leaning towards a faux-harem styling, with Agawa being the primary love interest but all of the other girls getting their shot at Gotou to generally break the notion of a harem story where all of the other girls are spurned in favor of MC-kun having his true love. While that would be fun, it also seems like the opposite is happening on Agawa's end, where all of her sex partners are beginning to let her down, her sex life is growing exceedingly dissatisfying, and all of the people surrounding her seem to be the most ugly and desperate retards in the school, with even gyaruoh chad bro seeming to be more interested in the president than Agawa.
My take is that the manga is going to invert Agawa and Gotou's positions, with both being "able" to have sex with anybody they want, but the ironic twist being that Agawa loses all interest in the many losers she winds up having sex with because none of them mean anything, where Gotou winds up only having sex with people who actually have meaning to him in some capacity. Agawa was his first crush and an early friend, Prez accepted him when everybody else in the school was rejecting him, and childhood friend was his childish friend he clearly cares deeply about and notably seems protective of. We're going to see Gotou have tons of lewd encounters with even more girls (who will regularly either start as or become close figures in his life) and he'll have the framework of a harem, while Agawa will instead have to fight for his affection in some way other than sex, because he'll probably have too many offerings from too many others for it to matter to him. We're also seeing a lot of hints of everybody except for Agawa and Gotou taking pleasure from being NTR'd or just watching, so odds are high that Inukai and/or Shiina is going to wind up being the team Voyeur and try to get Gotou more tail.
