I'm definitely not as funny or wistful as ONE so i wouldnt even dare imitate.
The overall themes i'd be going for are just lashing out against the world by the mc and thus progressing further as a person on the account of having passion for the first time.
Like beginning to exercise regularly to do crime more better etc.
As for the story beats uhhh roughly.
>Mc is in it more for the thrill than the money, his supervillainy is just an impulsive rage against the machine.
>Guman Cyborg is just a villain of the week meant to showcase the benefits of the world as is(some people find happiness and manage to start loving families, it's not all doom and gloom.)
>Blisterman is a secondary ally in the same supercrime circle as protag. His whole deal IS the money and he doesnt mind getting down in the muck about it.
Also all Heroes in this verse are working directly under the government, some of them bearing a millitary rank etc.
I'd also like to do cool JoJo like battles of wit. The conclusion to protag v cop, the first ever bout is that he can't possibly dissolve a bullet mid-flight so he just turns his jacket into dust and floors it amidst the confusion.
That'd spiral out into technically labeling his ability as having the danger equal to an unlicensed gun, hence both the law and underworld taking interest in him further pushing the narrative.
