Here's a ranking on likelihood of FKMT adaptations (keep in mind, almost all of these are below 5% in terms of chance)
>Tonegawa/Ichijo/Hancho
Probably the most popular ongoing Fukumoto work still.
>Akagi Continuation or Remake
Extremely popular in Japan to this day, so I can see this happening.
>Buraiden Gai Movie or ONA
This seems like a weird pick, but yeah, this very well could happen considering it's a very condensed work, and we do see legacy works getting picked up for adaptations (a recent one was Oda's "MONSTERS", though that got tied into One Piece).
You can also lump in other one-shots and short stories here, like Confession.
>Legend of the Strongest Man Kurosawa
This could be adapted into multiple one cour seasons, or even condensed to a two cour season if a studio tried. It's fairly well received, and has had a spin-off and full sequel, which was also pretty popular.
>Kaiji S3 or Reboot
I don't think this will ever happen since Kaiji Part 3-6 is all one continuous story UNLIKE Parts 1 and 2, but this is more likely than everything after this point.
>Ten
Too hard on the mahjong, too reliant on Akagi in the final arc, too long. There's a reason most FKMT get adapted as dramas, and the mahjong is a big part of it (that and the fujoshi).
>Gin to Kin
Again, too 'hard', it's not exactly an anime you could sell an audience on.
>Zero
We're both long past the point where this could be up for adapting, as well as far beyond that fucking cliffhanger its been on for what, 12 years? 13 years?
>Misc. spinoffs and other works
Too niche or too tied up in other works to adapt.
