A lot of different women have a lot of different opinions about fanservice in anime. There are definitely women who criticize the fanservice in Bisque Doll even if they otherwise like the show.

But for a lot of women, the difference is whether or not the female characters own it. When they say they hate fanservice, they're talking about stuff like "oops you walked in on me while I was in the shower" or "oops you fell down the stairs and straight into my asshole" or "oops I got attacked by a tentacle monster and the way it's holding me coincidentally resembles bondage"-type stuff. When the woman is out there shaking their own ass because they want to, it's less offensive.
