KyoAni can't into comedy anymore, they try way too hard to make everything cute and emotive and forget to make shit actually fucking funny, watched the first 2 episodes and It didn't gave me a single chuckle which is a shame as I expected way better, at least Panty & Stocking season 2 made me laugh and I expected nothing of that one, the manga isn't bad but I don't think KyoAni was a good fit for the anime

I really tried to like nichijou and city, but I don't even get where I was supposed to laugh.
It's a real shame since I like the artstyle, and you can see the effort kyoani put in these. They should've adapted something better instead.

This. And the comedic timing is just so... off. Really different compare to Nichijou.

If they could fix these 2 things, it easily could go to 7 or 8.

Still, the first episode of the anime toned it down compared to the manga. They seem to aim more toward comfy instead of funny.
Also, it needs to be have merge the actions of the whole cast, like in the manga, where you often see the others in the background before/after their scene.
