"Maylu" was a retarded translation error made by someone who doesn't understand Japanese phonemes. They directly translated "Meiru" not realizing that a) the "-ru" sound is how Japanese pronounces words that end in an "-l" sound in English and b) THEY ALREADY TRANSLATED HER FUCKING NAME PROPERLY BY THAT POINT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

It's "Meiru".
All the characters have Japanese names that sound like English Internet-related terms, and while Meiru's name is written in katakana for style, other names are written with kanji, like Netto (熱斗), from "net", and Saito (彩斗), from "site".
